Description
The Happy Nappy™ swim nappy pant is the only way to ensure your baby is protected against leaks whilst in the swimming pool. This innovative reusable swim nappy is made from 1mm thick neoprene which is designed to contour the shape of your baby’s bottom, so that there is no gaping that could compromise leak protection. Specialist ribs form a snug seal against the baby’s waist and thighs, ensuring any poo stays within the nappy.
The Happy Nappy™ is worn instead of a disposable swim nappy and can be used alone or with our silver lining under nappy, or cotton nappy wrap, if your swim school requires a double nappy system. It is chlorine-resistant and durable, so it won’t lose its shape or effectiveness, even after repeated use.
Using a Happy Nappy™ not only helps reduce faecal leaks in the pool, but it also lowers infection risks caused by disposables left in changing room bins and significantly reduces the number of disposable nappies ending up in landfill. This means that, in the long run, our Happy Nappy™ will save you money and is ultimately kinder to the environment than its disposable counterpart.

To ensure a good fit the waist and leg bands should be a snug fit without any gaping to prevent leaks. Our products are manufactured to provide maximum comfort and performance. As children and especially babies vary so much in size, it is important to ensure you have the right fit for your child.

What is the difference between the Happy Nappy™ and the Happy Nappy Duo™?
The Happy Nappy™ is a single-layer swim nappy designed specifically to contain solids. The Happy Nappy Duo™ is similar in fit but also includes a second inner layer, scientifically proven to kill germs. The Happy Nappy Duo™ meets the swim school's Double Nappy System requirement, while the Happy Nappy™ will need an additional under nappy to meet this criterion.
Does my baby also need a disposable swim nappy?
No. The Happy Nappy™ is designed to be used without any other swim nappy underneath and can be worn in this way for general swimming, inflatable pools or the ocean. However, some organised swimming classes require a double nappy system; in such cases, you will also need to purchase a Silver-Lining Wrap to wear underneath. This system can also make changing and washing a soiled Happy Nappy™ easier.
Which size Happy Nappy™should I buy?
Our Happy Nappy™requires a correct fit for complete leak protection. Since babies vary in size, it's essential to measure your baby accurately and consult the size guide for a snug fit around the waist and thighs.
Measure your baby while lying flat and not immediately after a feed. Take measurements around their tummy, across the belly button, and at the fullest part of their thigh. When worn, there should be enough space to fit a finger comfortably around the edges of the seal, with no red marks.
Does the Happy Nappy™ hold in urine?
No. As with disposable swim nappies, the Happy Nappy™ does not hold in urine. It is designed to allow water to pass in and out of the nappy to prevent it from becoming waterlogged. However, it is incredibly reliable in containing solids
How do I wash the Happy Nappy™?
To keep your Happy Nappy™ in good condition, we recommend hand washing in cool water and drying away from direct sunlight. However, we understand that soiled nappies may occasionally require machine washing. If you need to machine wash, please do so at 30° using a non-biological detergent. Please note that frequent machine washing may affect the longevity of the product.
