We aim to dispatch all orders placed on before 2pm Monday - Friday the same day, all orders placed after 2pm on Friday and over the weekend or on public holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

All orders are sent via Australia Post on a signed for service, estimated delivery times are shown above and are state dependent.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are dependent on the weight of the order and delivery state.

Returns & Exchanges (Retail Customers)

We will be more than happy to offer a refund for any unworn items returned to us in their original and undamaged packaging, with tags intact.

Please note that we will ONLY be able to offer a refund if these conditions are met and failure to comply will result in a delayed or unfulfilled refund. The costs of returning any goods are the responsibility of the sender. We recommend that a tracked service is used as we cannot refund items lost in transit.

They will investigate the matter and facilitate a replacement or credit as appropriate.
